
We're sure you must have a hundred questions you'd like to ask us and we'd love to hear from you so feel free to drop us a line or pick up the phone - however, we have a list of questions we get asked a lot so to save you time we've put the most frequent of them below to help.
Q. Are Towels Provided?
A. Yes, one bath towel and one hand towel per person - please note beach towels are not provided.
Q. Is bed linen included?
A. Yes, bed linen is included.
Q. Is bed linen included for the sofa bed?
A. No, an additional cost of £15 is charged to cover our laundry costs but you are more than welcome to bring your own.
Q. Can we bring a pet?
A. One of our apartments is pet freindly (one small well behaved dog) at an additional cost of £30 per weekend or £10 per night on 4 or 7 night breaks. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms in the apartment.
Q. What time can we check in to our apartment?
A. Your apartment is available from 2pm onwards.
Q. What time do we have to leave?
A. We would appreciate it if you could vacate your apartment by 10am unless otherwise pre arranged. We have a very limited window of time to prepare the apartments for the next guests and would appreciate your consideration with this.
Q. Why is my cheque not payable to 5Leys?
A. Many of the apartments are individually owned and all are to our high standards therefore cheques need to be payable to each owner.
Q. Where do I post my cheque and when do I pay?
A. Please post your cheqe to the 5Leys. Full payment is required 4 weeks before your stay.
Q. Are there laundry faciliteis at the 5Leys?
A. Yes, we have a communal laundry area at the rear of the building. Your code is supplied in your information pack within the apartment.
