5Leys is a self catering holiday complex offering one or two bedroom suites and apartments. We open all year round to provide accommodation from short breaks to permanent residency!

Situated on ‘The Beach’ in Filey we enjoy spectacular views across Filey Bay from most of our accommodation. Since the closure of our on site restaurant and bar the lounge and terrace areas are now for use by guests only. This unique facility will allow you to either consume your own snacks and drinks or purchase some from our reception shop area which is open Friday to Monday from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6pm.

The accommodation provides you with full self catering facilities allowing to prepare anything from a light breakfast to a special dinner. The bedrooms enjoy crisp clean linen dressed on comfortable beds and a DVD TV for those lazy mornings when a lie in is the thing. Lounges are dressed with leather sofas and chairs. OUR BAR AND RESTAURANT WILL BE CLOSED FROM THE 1st NOVEMBER 2010. ALL OTHER SERVICES WILL CARRY ON AS NORMAL.
